Two new challengers have entered Huntsville’s City Council races, ensuring that every seat up for election this August will have competition.
Liliana Peinder, a Huntsville City Schools translator and small business owner, is running for the District 3 seat currently held by Council President Jennie Robinson.
Thomas Casez, a software engineer, has announced a run for the District 2 seat held by David Little.
They join Will Pylant, who is challenging Bill Kling in District 4. The official candidate qualifying period runs from June 9–23 ahead of the Aug. 25 election.
